Qualification: Completed technical university studies (Diplom/ Bachelor or Master) in the fields of architecture, civil engineering Competences: Multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of complex new, re- and extension projects Funded experience in project management Experience in monitoring B-plan procedures and coordination with municipalities Knowledge of the basics and regulations relating to public construction, including RBBau, VHB, VOB, VgV, HOAI, Landesbauordnung, GEG, DIN, BFR GBestand, BFR Verm knowledge of federal building-specific guides, e.g. in the field of sustainable construction (guide for sustainable construction) General knowledge of facility management Secure user knowledge (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, industry-specific software); SAP desirable Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability Very good organisational skills, capacity for economic thinking and action Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Good and rapid understanding High self-initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Very good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer-/address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment, combined with the ability to make (difficult) decisions and take responsibility Driving licence class B as well as readiness to frequent, including full and multi-day missions (including as a self-driver [w/m/d]) An application presupposes the willingness to undergo a review pursuant to Section 10 of the Act on the Precondition and Procedure of the Federal Security Review (SÜG) Special note: The prerequisite for long-term employment is the successful, extended safety review under the Security Audit Act (SÜG), into which, if necessary, the spouse/partner is also included.
