Support of Accounting Management in the Control and Development of Accounting Processes Responsibility for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and/or IFRS Participation in the optimization and digitization of processes in financial and accounting Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team Contact person for auditors, tax advisors and internal departments Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines

Complete study of business management with a focus on accounting, finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in accounting, ideally with first leadership experience Knowledge of HGB and/or IFRS as well as tax issues Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, DATEV) and MS Office, especially Excel Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength and team spirit
