At the Institute of Translational Psychiatry, we work in an interdisciplinary team on neuroscience research projects with the aim of better understanding the development, course and treatment of mental diseases. Our work focuses on the analysis of biological samples to investigate molecular and immunological factors related to symptoms, subsyndromal states and disease patterns of affective disorders. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable reinforcement of our laboratory team to carry out biosample withdrawals and their further processing. .

Reception and care of patients Implementation of biosample withdrawals, including blood collection spontaneous urine and chair reception Oral mucosa smears Hair and saliva sampling
further processing of the bio samples, in particular PBMC isolation DNA extraction
Continuous study of medicine, biosciences, molecular biomedicine, pharmacy, chemistry, psychology or comparable studies (ideally with laboratory experience or interest in laboratory work) Careful, independent and structured operation Engagement, reliability and team capability Flexibility, including working hours Sovereign and empathic handling in communication with patients
