You take over the independent implementation of national and international production projects – from analysis to design to implementation. You identify optimization potentials in production processes, develop innovative concepts and implement them. You conduct actual analyses, prepare data and guide workshops to advance technical solutions. You develop and establish technical standards, including control and process techniques. You optimize process performance for maximum efficiency and quality and ensure implementation. You actively support the cross-site know-how transfer, for example through best practice approaches and modern documentation tools. You have the chance to make real changes to DAW and to continuously develop our production technology together with a dedicated team.

You have a successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. You have extensive experience in project management, ideally in international production or supply chain projects. You ideally have industrial experience in the chemical industry (especially paints and varnishes), food and process industries. You apply MS Office, CAD, SAP S/4 and MS Project safely and routined. You convince with pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and find structured solutions for complex tasks. You communicate safely in German and English; further foreign languages are a plus. You are ready for international missions (10–30 %).
