As part of Strategy & Business Excellence, you bring structure into bank-wide strategic projects. You work closely with the management and management level (including management, managing directors, department managers, team leaders) and actively shape the further development of the bank.

Interdisciplinary projects and the development and implementation of banking strategies You build project management standards (including templates, status formats, meeting structures), take ownership for central control formats and act as a central PMO interface for the departments You'll focus on cross-area project packages and accompany the creation of status reports and presentations You coordinate and control the interface topics as well as coordination between the departments You take over the quality assurance of documents for internal and external stakeholders You develop together with the teams KPIs, implement performance indicators and operational control variables

What you bring You have a very well completed university degree, ideally in economics, law, economic informatics or a comparable degree course You bring at least two years of relevant experience in financial services (e.g. business consulting/inhouse consulting/corporate strategy/PMO) You bring experience in structuring and managing projects with You have experience in creating management documents, can prepare complex content in a clear and precise manner and translate it into project structures You work analytically, tackle challenges in a solution-oriented manner and resolutely implement tasks You draw your attention through self-sufficiency, sense of responsibility and strong communication
