Professional and disciplinary leadership of your team from project managers, system planners and building supervisors Responsibility for the department incl. Reporting to management Planning and assembly of the project teams Responsibility for planning, tendering and construction monitoring, LPH 1–8 Active (part) project management – you stay professionally at the ball Participation in VgV processes and further development of BIM methodology Requirements Engineering studies in utility technology or mechanical engineering with focus on TGA – the engineering title is mandatory for VgV procedures Mind. 8 years of experience in TGA planning, ideally from an engineering office Own experience in construction monitoring Safe application of HOAI and VOB German (mind. C1)
