• Business development and customer support: You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers and the development and maintenance of existing customer relationships. You identify business opportunities and develop tailor-made reinsurance solutions for our customers. • Customer visits and travel activities: You regularly travel to national and international customers to maintain personal relationships, strengthen trust and unlock new business potential. You represent Ecclesia Re at conferences and industry events. • Contract negotiations: You conduct negotiations with customers and reinsurers and make sure that all contract closures meet the highest quality standards. You run the entire process from the supply creation to the conclusion of the contract. • Strategic advice: You advise customers on their reinsurance strategies and offer solutions tailored to their specific business models and market developments. You identify future risks and offer innovative solutions. • Market analysis and competition observation: You continuously observe the reinsurance market, analyze market trends and competition activities and use these findings to better advise our customers and identify new business opportunities. • Working with internal teams: You work closely with Ecclesia Re’s internal teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and innovative concepts are implemented efficiently.

• Academic background: Complete business studies with additional qualifications in mathematics, technology or computer science or a comparable qualification. • Industry experience: Long-term professional experience and sound knowledge of the German and international insurance and reinsurance market. • Language skills: German and English knowledge in word and writing. • Customer focus: Excellent customer and service orientation as well as excellent presentation skills. • Personal strengths: Flexibility, loadability and high operational readiness.
