Service Technician IT-Mobile (m/f/d)

We are continuing to grow and are looking for a service technician (m/w/d) who is operating, maintaining and developing our digital business cars (IT-Mobile) at healthcare customers. You play an important role in the digitization of hospitals and health care facilities and, together with our service team, ensure the smooth operation of our solutions. For your daily work, you use modern hardware and IT systems as well as professional service and ticket systems. You will start our IT-mobile with local customers and ensure a successful introduction. You independently analyze faults and correct errors directly with the customer. You carry out repairs and maintenance work on our systems. You process service tickets from analysis, execution and successful completion. You plan your operations independently and make sure that the required spare parts are available. You document Your service assignments carefully in our ticket system. You work closely with our service team and internal departments. You support local users with questions about our IT mobile. You support delivery and exciting customer and digitization projects.
