You have a completed at least 3-year vocational training (commercial, technical or commercial) or a completed study Founded professional experience in facility management or in technical building management Safe handling of MS Office and CAFM systems Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines and commercial understanding Service orientation, independent operation and organizational ability German knowledge (min. C1) and good English knowledge (min. B1) driving licence class B desirable
