Master or technician in the Gewerk Anlagenmechanik, Heating, Klima, Ventilation, Sanitation (HKLS) or technical studies, e.g. supply technology, mechanical engineering or civil engineering Multiannual professional experience in project management, ideally in the field of technical building equipment Knowledge of the application of relevant rules and legal bases (VOB, HOAI, BGB) Experience in handling CAD and BIM software desirable High sense of responsibility, strength of decision and team skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing driving licence class B
