As part of our team in project and object management, we are looking for a technical planner (m/w/d) that not only ensures the entertainment of our buildings and properties, but actively drives their optimization. In this exciting role, you create plan bases for diverse topics – from energetic optimization and office space design to fire protection to value flow representation in production. This covers all facets of technical planning in a globally operating industrial company. Development of concepts and layouts for optimizing the use, moving planning and improvement of production, warehouse and office space in cooperation with the project management team Development of planning bases for investments and measures to maintain the value of buildings and to ensure operator responsibility Creation and maintenance of inventory and object plans including the acquisition and management of third-party planning, such as construction applications, catastrophes, firefighters and flight plans, factory safety concepts, energy optimization and building control technology Continuous updating and optimization of inventory plans Development of master plan concepts for new buildings and location optimizations within the group of companies Possibility to independently take over construction projects from demand determination via layout to acceptance

Completed studies (Diplom/Bachelor) in architecture or training as a building designer/construction engineer or a comparable qualification, also on the second educational path with craftsman or commercial training Detectable practical experience in designing construction projects in the industrial or commercial environment, as well as in the creation of technical drawings and construction plans Good knowledge of building regulations and safe handling of relevant planning and documentation tools, knowledge of industrial fire protection, project management or real estate management Written and oral communication skills Self-employed, structured and organised working with team spirit and sense of responsibility Creativity, flexibility, willingness to develop and high identification with your own work
