Then start with us as Reservation Sales Agent (m/w/d). Two brands – endless possibilities! Your main tasks include: You are the first contact point for our international guests and accept reservations for individual guests You are independent of the general correspondence of the reservation department Creating quote and booking confirmations for individual reservations As an organizational institution, you will ensure coordination and smooth operation You know how to deal with guest complaints through your expertise and find a solution – you have learned that you can also transform negative impressions with the right attitude into positive memories

It is fun to advise our national and international guests in German and English in exemplary fashion on the phone and to make professional sales. Your communicative way distinguishes you and you feel very comfortable both in the German and English languages, and every other foreign language is of advantage. Ideally, you already have first experience in dealing with the Opera hotel program.
