Financial Accountant – Focus on Asset Accounting (m/f/d)

Focus on plant accounting You are the central partner for the plant accounting of the associated European Hilti companies. You accompany investment projects on the system side taking into account the Hilti Investment Policy and ensure the correct mapping in investment assets. You are responsible for operating plant accounting, internal controls within the responsibility area and the coordination of regular plant inventory. Monthly and annual accounts You ensure the period-oriented collection, evaluation and activation of assets according to IFRS, local GAAP (HGB) and tax requirements (EStG). You set the plant level up in time and in high quality according to Group guidelines. You prepare ad hoc analyses of investment assets and explain investment processes and accounting developments clearly and understandably. Further responsibilities You are actively working on optimizing existing accounting processes and tools – focusing on efficiency, automation and quality. You perform additional tasks in the centralized accounting. You support and guide subprojects in the financial sector and contribute to the further development of the shared service center.

Completed commercial training and ideally qualification as a plant account holder (m/w/d) or comparable further education. Finded professional experience in accounting – preferably in asset accounting – as well as knowledge in international and national accounting (IFRS, HGB, EStG). Impressed sense of responsibility, communicative strength, team capacity as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action. Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel (Power Query, Pivot, VBA of advantage) and desirable experience with SAP S/4HANA. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
