As a team leader Solution Advisory you are part of the Advisory Services section. This is characterized by a high degree of overarching topics related to the solution design for SAP projects and is part of our Department of Delivery Excellence. There are key roles for the holistic project approach and the advice of the entire customer life cycle, such as project management and solution architecture.

Your tasks:

■ As a team leader Solution Advisory, you take responsibility for the strategic orientation, leadership and further development of a highly qualified team of Solution Architect. You combine process and technological expertise with leadership and create innovative solutions for our customers.

■ Leadership & team development: You lead a team of Solution Architect:inside, promote their individual development and are actively involved in recruiting, onboarding and coaching new colleagues.

■ Resource & deployment planning: You are responsible for strategic deployment planning and ensure optimal utilization and further development of your team.

■ Project management & consulting: In the role of Solution Architect or project manager, you stay close to our customers and accompany strategically important projects.

■ Methodological development: You develop innovative, agile and process-oriented approaches and optimise the way your team members work.

■ Strategic portfolio & role development: With your expertise, you drive the further development of the solution-architect role as well as the continuous optimization of our advisory portfolio - with a focus on holistic end-to-end processes, modern architectures and IT innovations.

■ Collaboration with Sales & Presales: You work closely with our sales-related teams, support the further development of customer relationships and bring your know-how into acquisition and presales activities.

Tell us about your potential!

■ Management skills in the form of project management experience in the national/international environment and experience in employee management form the basis of your qualification.

■ You bring many years of experience in the consulting environment, have cross-border SAP skills and are familiar with the topic of Solution Architecture.

■ In recent years, you have been able to acquire knowledge in the context of SAP S/4HANA, both in terms of content and method, at best in the various project types and industries, and know the latest developments in the context of the SAP cloud and tool chain strategy.

■ You will see great synergies in the topics Solution Architecture and holistic business transformation with our customers and want to make a strong contribution here.

■ You do not hesitate to assume responsibility for the outcome.

■ It not only distinguishes you with a pronounced customer orientation, but also strong communicative skills in German and English.

■ Strategic thinking, a structured way of working, and implementation strength complete your profile.

■ The readiness to travel within Germany for customer use and a regular personal exchange with your team is of course for you.
