Student trainee in civil engineering – client representation (m/f/d)

Project coordination: You support our project management in the organization and coordination of new housing projects in Braunschweig. Collaboration: You work closely with the participating planning offices, specialist companies and other project participants and actively contribute to the diverse tasks of the contractor representation. Construction site organisation: You coordinate appointments, keep the various structures in mind and support the project team in controlling the construction site sequence. Quality assurance: You accompany construction site visits, support quality assurance checks as well as decreases and help to consistently implement our quality standards. Project documentation & tracking: You prepare construction meetings, document the results and the progress of construction in the building journal and assist in the testing of invoices in our digital systems.

You are currently enrolled in a master's degree in the field of civil engineering – preferably with a focus on building construction. First practical experience in construction, for example through completed training, internships or work-studierende activities, are advantageous. Interest in building project management as well as the willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute. A structured and reliable way of working to keep you in mind different tasks and appointments. A safe occurrence as well as the ability to communicate clearly, bindingly and professionally even in a dynamic construction site environment. You work confidently in tandem with our project management, agree closely and represent joint decisions to all project participants. Routinized handling of MS Office, knowledge of AVA and construction management software - preferably ORCA and Pro-Plan - are desirable.
