Professional leadership: In your function, you are responsible for the technical responsibility for an interdisciplinary project team consisting of external planning offices. You are responsible for the targeted incorporation and continuous support of new employees in the project to ensure successful project execution. Plan & optimize: Your tasks include the management of reconstruction, new construction and modernization projects on buildings and technical facilities. You are responsible for planning, tendering and awarding the projects. In doing so, you carry out time and quality checks, create decision-making templates and coordinate all stakeholders with legal requirements to ensure operational safety. Monitor: You continuously check planning documents, including complex designs and cost accounting of the various trades and make sure that business interests are maintained. In addition, you are responsible for the qualitative performance and compliance with the cost budget. Further winding: Working with the introduction of a suitable building control software is also part of your task.

Qualification: You have completed engineering studies with engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or architectural studies. Expertise & know-how: You know yourself well in the field of construction. Through your long-term experience as a project manager, you will bring well-founded knowledge of the current regulations and regulations in the building industry. IT knowledge: You bring deeper user knowledge to MS-Office and already have first experiences with popular tools to write performance directory texts for calls for tenders according to VOB.
