To ensure that everything goes smoothly in the background, we are looking for reinforcements for our accounting – full-time or part-time. It expects a versatile work area with design playroom, clear processes and a collegial team.

Own processing of current business transactions in debitor, creditor and property account accounting settlement of payment transactions, execution of dunning coordination and maintenance of accounts and audit of open items Creation of sales tax forecasts and summary reports Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in cooperation with the tax advisor Support in the further development of accounting processes and systems Communication with suppliers, customers and internal contact persons

A completed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman, tax specialist, etc.) Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting desirable Safe handling of MS Office – especially Excel Experience with Lexware or SAP Business One is beneficial Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Independent, structured and conscientious working Reliability, integrity and joy at work in the team
