Quality Control Staff (m/f/d)

Test planning and measurement: procurement, visibility and interpretation of test plans and technical drawing documents Planning and implementation of complex dimensional, shape and function controls, including special parts Creation and programming of measuring sequences (e.g. for 3D measuring arm) and determination of the required test means Determination of framework conditions for measuring complex workpieces (form and position tolerances)

Quality management and complaint management: implementation, documentation and evaluation of all audits (including incoming goods inspection) Detection, identification and transmission of deviations and faulty assemblies Processing of customer and supplier complaints and creating internal deviation processes Participation in error analysis and definition and implementation of correction and improvement measures

Test equipment infrastructure and logistics: Maintenance, updating and calibration of measurement and test equipment monitoring Support in the optimization of QS processes and their documentation Operation and safe handling of load-receiving means (e.g. bridge cranes, floor conveyors)

Successfully completed technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, machining mechanic, tool mechanic or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience (min. 2 years) in the production of a metalworking company possession of a crane license is required Secure understanding in drawing Experience in the field of test equipment and quality testing and safe handling of measuring and testing equipment Self-employed, reliable and conscientious operation High team and communication skills Good organisation of workflows, including on-time printing
