Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 8+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture, preferably in data analytics and AI Strong command of modern software engineering and architecture practices (Clean Code, event-driven systems, architecture frameworks), combined with a structured, self-directed working style and strong problem-solving skills Proven expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, test automation, observability, secure development, and designing, developing, and operating scalable cloud architectures, ideally on Microsoft Azure Proficiency in Python and experience with React, TypeScript, and modern data science methods is an advantage Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders and to manage multiple strategic initiatives in parallel Excellent communication skills in German and English
