Your tasks:

• Operation and programming of CNC machining centres with 3, 4 or 5 axes
• Work with Heidenhain controls
• Set up and run of CNC milling machines
• Create and customize CNC machining programs according to technical drawings and documents
• Milling, drilling and threading
• Selection, insertion and replacement of the required tools
• Optimization of machine parameters and processing sequences
• Monitoring the ongoing processing process
• Measurement and quality control of the finished workpieces
• Correction or readjustment for dimensional deviations
• Precise processing of steel components as well as single and serial parts
• Compliance with quality, work and safety requirements
• Transfer of machine and running orders to the subsequent layer

We wish:

• Completed vocational training as machining mechanic, CNC milling machine, tool mechanic (m/w/d) or in a comparable metal occupation
• Professional experience in CNC milling desirable
• Knowledge in setting up and operating CNC milling machines
• Knowledge with Heidenhain controls of advantage
• Secure reading of technical drawings
• knowledge of the handling of measuring and testing equipment, e.g. slider, stirrup measuring screw
