Service Technician (m/f/d)

You bring our pro-beam machines in best form: You wait, put in place and systematically go to the ground – electric and mechanical, to plants and control cabinets. Plan service operations with bowls, carry them out independently and ensure that everything will be faster next time. You are in direct contact with our customers: You clarify technical details on site and remote via teams – clear, solution-oriented and at eye level. With assembly and technical support, You draw on one line and bring solutions to the plant quickly and sustainably. With increasing experience, you will pass on your know-how: you carry out training, support and actively design standards and service documentation. Your focus is clearly on the technical service of our pro-beam machines. Everything else comes step by step – the more experience you collect, the more responsibility and design space you take over.

You have a completed technical training in the electrical or mechatronics sector (e.g., electronics, mechatronics, technicians, masters or similar) – and the desire to use your know-how in the service. Ideally, you will bring experience in service, maintenance or plant engineering – and quickly learn new technology. When handling electrical components and control cabinets, you are safe – from diagnosis to clean implementation. You work independently and structured, keep priorities in mind and convince with real service orientation. The willingness to use national and international operations (travel about 50%, Europe's focus) will bring you with you and will be happy to travel. You communicate safely in German and can also communicate technically in English – of course clear and professional.
