Civil engineer/architect as multi-project manager for construction projects (m/f/d)

You build the project infrastructure for the entire department – from the analysis of project dependencies to the assessment of impact on ongoing projects. You coordinate resources across several construction projects and ensure that targets, dates and availability are optimally matched. You establish uniform project management standards in the field of construction and develop our project management software and methodology strategically. You manage and accompany complex construction projects in close cooperation with specialist services, departments and interdisciplinary teams. You capture and document processes according to modeling guidelines - and continually improve them to ensure efficient processes.

You have successfully completed a (special) degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable area. You bring several years of experience in the management of construction projects as well as in their award and contractual negotiation and are familiar with the methods of multi-project management. Ideally, you have a training in project management (preferably IPMA/GPM Level D). You have already worked with project management software such as openProject or in document management systems such as enaio (not a must but an advantage). Through your structured operation and clear communication, you will ensure that projects are completed efficiently and within the time frame. Your strong communicative skills and your organizational talent make you a sought-after contact for all participants. You are team-oriented, solution-focused and can convince with your pragmatic approach even in challenging situations.
