For our team in the Payroll area, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) in full or part-time with up to 80% Flexible Office activity at our Leipzig site for the care of a predominantly international client base. When examining wages and salaries, you go the extra mile, have a watchful look at the relevant regulations, are close to the mandate and show effect. As a professional, you take early responsibility and move a lot.

You are responsible for the timely and independent creation of the monthly wage and salary accounts of a defined client strain with national and international reference You advise our clients in all accounting questions You are responsible for carrying out reporting, reporting, and certification You take the correspondence with social security institutions, health insurance companies and authorities

After a completed commercial training, you could gain several years of experience in payroll accounting Your knowledge of personal accounting systems such as DATEV, SAP etc. would like to contribute profitably to our company You have mathematical and analytical understanding as well as experience in the preparation of evaluations, statistics and process control as well as qualitative and quantitative reporting Experiences in the field of wage accounting with DATEV as well as Payzaar and international clients are advantageous You're interested in handling MS Office applications, Excel and Controlling are affin and want to enrich our team through your high level of reliability, openness, teamworkability and customer-oriented working You have a good knowledge of English in word and writing, a solution-oriented way of working and you yourself as a communication talent
