Working student - personnel development with a focus on training management and onboarding (m/f/d)

Our area “Learning & Organisational Development” focuses on themes (digital) learning, career and individual development and the associated portfolio of events and projects. Take over the organizational process of our employees and executive development with the help of our tools (e.g. Learning Management System, MS Office, MS SharePoint) and have the opportunity to actively participate in the design of our personnel development measures. You organize and support independently in the planning of training for our employees and new executives and within the scope of our development programme for English-speaking employees, including appointment coordination, correspondence and registration. You contribute to the planning and execution of onboarding processes by employees and executives. You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of trainings including the evaluation of feedback and the analysis of training needs. You support presentations and preparation of our company-internal performance on MS SharePoint. You have the opportunity to participate in further interdisciplinary projects based on your interests.

You are in your studies and are keen to introduce your enthusiasm for the development of employees with us right away in practice. You can also bring: You were ideally able to gain first practical experience in an organizational activity. You are characterized by their reliable, independent and proactive way of working, rapid understanding, flexibility, organizational skills and professional communication. You have good MS Office knowledge (e.g. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). You are convinced by your very good knowledge of German and good English.
