Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Contract period: unlimited in full time 100%, preferably late and night service

The RKH Hospital Bietigheim-Vaihingen is an innovative hospital of regular care and academic teaching hospital at Heidelberg University. It combines a local supply with the highly specialised treatment options of national competence centres. These include the breast, intestinal and oncological center, which are certified according to the guidelines of the German Cancer Society. In addition, it has the diabetics certified according to the quality guidelines of the German Diabetes Society and the supra-regionally active obesity centre.

Your tasks:

• They provide a varied and need-oriented support - through conversations, small activities or simply through your valuable presence
• In addition to basic care, you may also take care of treatment and actively contribute to the health and well-being of patients
• You take over the guidance and support of everyday competencies and day-structuring measures (maintaining entertainment, reading, playing, walking, shopping, etc.)
• You are an important support for people in need of care as well as their references – with sensitive advice, guidance and support you give orientation and security
• You document your work properly and professionally
• They work interdisciplinary with all the professional groups of our home

Your profile:

• They have completed training for nursing assistance (1-year training) or nursing staff (3-year training)
• Ideally, you bring an education to the dementia companion (m/w/d) - or the willingness to complete it
• They possess distinct technical and social skills
• A self-sponsored and self-sponsored operation as well as organizational capacity, flexibility and team capacity complete your profile
• Detection of complete macern vaccination or measles immunity under Infection Protection Act
