As competent:r and experienced:r Bauleiter:in responsible for the organisation and implementation of complex and demanding construction projects, partly in the partnering model, in the field of technical building equipment. You are responsible for the following tasks both directly on site and at the company headquarters at the Mainz location: Self-managed processing and processing as a construction manager:in the technical building equipment in interdisciplinary construction project teams and various turnkey building types Control and processing of TGA plants using modern methods (LEAN, BIM, Shopfloor) and taking into account the economic and technical objectives Coordination of the operations of specialist engineers:inside, specialist advisers:inside, staff and after-sales Organisation, coordination and management of the construction and planning meetings TGA organisations and participation in the award Dealing with technical engineers:inside and after-contracting the technical building equipment

Complete study of supply and building technology/building climate or electrical engineering (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) Multiannual professional experience desirable Good MS-Office knowledge and knowledge in a billing and costing program e.g. B. RIB iTWO are desirable Enforcement, team skills, commitment and a good understanding of numbers Enthusiasm for digital applications and innovative process organization An independent way of working and entrepreneurial thinking and acting complete your profile
