Your future job: For our renowned customer from aerospace technology as well as radio and radar technology, you are at Kiel as an IT service & Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Support of the IT support team (lettings/voices/requirements) on-site in Kiel
• Project management
• IMAC support (Install, Move, Add, Change) for customers
• Strong focus on IT service management processes and the features provided such as central 1st level support (Helpdesk)
• Support of users and the central IT team
• Control of upcoming office assignments with regard to IT infrastructure
• Supporting development teams in key IT policies

Your profile:

• Completed degree/graduate degree in computer science or corresponding vocational training in the field of IT support, IT network manager or comparable qualification
• Experience in IT management and project management
• Support experience with Windows hardware
• Professional know-how about IT networks
• Good knowledge of English and German
