As an account manager for universal banks, you are responsible for the strategic and operational expansion of selected large customers. You are proactive, are regularly on site with your customers and position the Sopra Steria Offerings along the current challenges of universal banks – from regulatory and payment to core banking, digitization and transformation. Your tasks: Intensive care of selected universal banks through regular customer appointments – on site and remote Active distribution of our entire consulting and technology portfolio (e.g. digitalization, IT transformation, data & AI, payments, regulatory, core banking) Early detection of customer requirements and development of individual solutions together with specialist and delivery experts Building, maintaining and expanding resilient relationships with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders in the banking sector Development and implementation of customized account strategies including forecasting, pipeline management and action planning Control and responsibility of supply processes – including pricing, contract design and coordination of all internal teams involved Placement of Sopra Steria as a strategic partner and permanent impulse generator at universal banks Ensuring revenue, growth and profitability targets across the entire Account Lifecycle Maintenance and documentation of all sales-related activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home
