As a Partner Business Manager Professional Printing, you are responsible for the support of our authorized IP partners as well as for the marketing of the associated contract products for professional printing. You are responsible for the support, acquisition, development and development of partners with the Focus Professional Printing and Solution Business to expand Konica Minolta's market share and maximize sales and profitability among partners. In addition, your tasks include the creation of sales strategies and forecasts as well as the responsible use of budget resources. You support the operational execution of processes within the Konica Minolta partner program and the coordination of supportive sales and marketing activities. You will take the planning, development, implementation and follow-up of action plans to ensure a constant achievement and fulfilment of the specified objectives and KPIs. You can visit our partners regularly and also support new customer projects. Using data analytics and using our CRM tool, you help our partners develop their sales activities. Internally, you act as a solution-oriented interface to the other departments of Konica Minolta. Of course, you will first get to know our products and internal processes. Ideally, you bring a Bachelor or Master degree in Business or in a comparable degree program. In addition, you already have several years of sales experience in the IT industry (Output Devices / MPS) and/or 3-5 years of experience in the B2B environment, preferably in the printing area. We also welcome cross-comers – many things can be learned.A high level of travel will also be necessary, as you will be travelling around 70% of your time in the relevant sales area to meet with our partners. For this, it is of great advantage if you already bring strong communication skills in partner management. You can creatively fill your great design space – in the varied tasks of your position you playfully change between self-responsible concentration and the binding quality of a team player. You are always engaged, even if there are sometimes challenges to overcome. But no matter how it is, you are aware of your responsibility for your own behavior and action and remain true to you. You never lose sight of your goals. You focus on the desired results. To successfully implement your tasks, you will understand how to use activities, time and resources. With different characters, you'll be fine. Eye height is your favorite language. Your excellent communication skills in German and English also make it easy for you to formulate messages on the point and suitable for the respective audience and to act confidently in any environment. You have a class B driving license in your pocket and bring a regional readiness to travel.
