We offer you the position at the Frankfurt am Main location in the field of training, junior support: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Student support: Ensure a professionally and educationally based support and assessment of the commercial dual students, including performance assessment, reflection of the learning progresses and organisation of the practical phases in close coordination with the departments.

Talent acquisition: Active participation in recruiting suitable commercial dual students as well as identification and strengthening (new) relevant recruiting channels, complemented by presentation of the company at trade fairs and school events.

Higher education cooperation: further development and maintenance of cooperation with partner universities, including organisation of regular exchange dates and co-design of the internal offer of courses.

Promoting innovation: driving new technical and pedagogical approaches - especially in the context of artificial intelligence - and working on projects for positioning Mainova as an attractive and modern training company.

Special Tasks: Take over inter-division special topics as well as participation in projects within the staff section for the continuous further development of junior work.

A completed economic studies (e.g. business management, economics or economic psychology) or a comparable training, supplemented by the AEVO examination; ideally, you also have the degree as an education and training teacher (can be retrieved if necessary).

First practical experience in the care of young people with an economic orientation.

A pronounced identification with the target group as well as a high degree of empathy and educational understanding.

A sovereign occurrence in dealing with different stakeholders and the ability to convey content to the addressee and clearly.

German language skills in word and writing.
