We are looking for you (Construction Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer) as Consultant (m/w/d) for our locations in Essen, Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, Oldenburg, Stuttgart and Munich MCE CONSULT AG is a consulting company operating as a service provider in the construction sector. With around 70 employees, we are represented throughout Germany. Our customers include both public and private clients, medium-sized companies, well-known companies, as well as planning and engineering offices. Our customers cover a wide range of fields of activity. For example, we offer our consulting services in the areas of transport infrastructure construction, civil engineering, engineering and key construction, plant and power plant construction, tunnel construction, water construction and TGA. Along with the entire value chain of project execution and beyond that, we offer our customers specialized, individually tailored services, including, in particular, construction support, services in contract and after-sales management as well as project management.

We support our customers in project development, planning, tendering, awarding and contracting and project processing. Depending on the application in one of our three focal points, the following different tasks result: When used in construction, you can edit structural questions such as disturbed construction processes. In this context, you will explore topics such as costing and its breakdown or scheduling and forecasting, as well as facts representations of follow-up performances and disturbances, and will work out them for our customers in connection with the task. This can also be done in conjunction with expert opinions for courts. You will actively manage contracts during the implementation phase of the projects and develop, evaluate and discuss corresponding claims from contract changes. Here you can expect topics such as the basics of costing and scheduling and preparing the corresponding correspondence in accordance with the contractual regulations. In addition, the billing is a key component for successful project execution. In cooperation in project management, you will actively implement projects with our customers. During this activity, you are deeply involved in construction-contractual and technical topics, you follow project objectives and take over planning coordination (plan management, plan examination, plan tracking, planning contracts). In addition, the building management and the controlling can be part of your task area. These three activities require an independent intensive involvement in the projects. The position covers a wide range of constructional and constructional and commercial facets.

Ideally, you do not have under 3 years of professional experience in the areas of construction and project processing and can thereby strengthen our existing team qualified. You possess analytical thinking and have a technical understanding to identify logical dependencies. You show argumentation strength and service-oriented appearance in customer contact. Their action is characterised by quality demands and flexibility. You support our customers both from our sites and, in particular in project management, on site at their construction sites. You bring the necessary mobility. Knowledge with industry-standard software, for example in the fields of costing and billing and/or scheduling, complete your ability.
