Coordination and implementation of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) Advising management and employees in all QHSE questions including regulations and standards Cooperation with specialist departments, executives and external service providers to implement QHSE topics across areas Support for accident and incident management in cooperation with the security specialist, including follow-up of measures and reporting Maintenance and development of processes for continuous improvement and follow-up of improvement measures Monitoring of coordination of internal and external audits Monitoring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and internal guidelines Implementation and safeguarding quality, health, safety and environmental standards in daily business Management and development of QHSE documentation and reporting Planning and implementation of training and awareness-raising

Impressed organisational and project management skills as well as moderation and decision-making security to manage inter-division issues Experience with audit preparation, action tracking and reporting Completed commercial training or technical training with experience in QHSE Basic knowledge of relevant QHSE standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English Careful and independent operation Communication and team skills Conditional readiness
