You bring a completed study with an economic or technical background or a comparable course of training with You have experience in aftersales, customer service, workshop, bodywork or paint You have already successfully developed and implemented processes and business units qualitatively structured You have many years of professional experience with leadership responsibility You have a strong communication and social competence, complemented by a high level of leadership experience, ideally in the direction of large teams in the automotive industry or in the automotive insurance sector The joy of decision, full responsibility, ability to enforce and independent work are of course for you
