• You control the onboarding and offboarding of our employees and ensure a smooth running along the entire employee lifecycle.
• Together with our staff representatives, you plan, check and process work contracts, contract changes and additional agreements.
• If you have any questions about staff management, you are a competent person for our employees.
• You support staff representatives in the administration of diverse human resources processes, for example in the case of absences and shifts.
• The processing of certificates and certificates is one of your tasks as well as the support for personal topics, such as the parental period.
• You create reports and evaluations, for example in the context of the deadline check and assist in the preparation of the reporting system.
• In SuccessFactors, you will be planning and updating the employee data and provide careful management of the personal files.
• You continuously develop our HR processes, simplify processes and contribute to a positive employee experience.
• You work closely and trustfully with personal controlling, payroll and works council.

• A successfully completed commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification in the personnel sector
