Tasks

• Organisation and implementation of group offerings (e.g. games afternoons, conversation groups, creative forms)
• Planning and accompanying excursions or events
• Promotion of social contacts among residents:inside
• Advice and support of relatives
• Cooperation with external bodies (e.g. outpatient services, hospices, social services, church municipalities)
• Help in administrative matters

Profile

• Complete training as a social pedagogue, educator or nurse
• Experience in working with people with special needs
• Team skills and communication strength
• readiness for training and personal development
• Sensitivity and respect in dealing with residents
