In order to strengthen our team in technology, we are looking for a motivated WIG (m/w/d), who enriches our team with its team capability as well as an independent and organized way of working.

What awaits you with us:

• Manufacture of welded products (pipe lines) by isometry
• Installation of pipelines
• Creation of necessary documentation (e.g. piece lists, isometries)
• Visual inspection and finishing of welds
• Welding technology repairs on printing equipment as required
• performing dismantling and assembly work on various process equipment and operating devices
• Elimination of disturbances and minor quality defects
• Examination and optimization of functions and processes in terms of quantity and quality
• compliance with the provisions on environmental, occupational and health protection as part of the tasks entrusted
• Coordination and implementation of product changes

That's what you bring:

• Complete training as an industrial mechanic or comparable qualification
• knowledge of pipeline construction
• Applicable welder for WIG welding of stainless steel and steel (including welding capability according to DGRL)
• Experience and knowledge in pipe construction with stainless steel and steel
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Knowledge of the Pressure Equipment Directive (DGRL) and the Safety Regulation (BetrSichV)
• Professional experience in the assembly of industrial plants, ideally in ex-protection zones, of advantage
• VT-1 and VT-2 certification
