General administrative tasks in personnel Continuous collection of the qualifications of all employees (creating and maintaining the certificate file, analysis and assignment of specialist certificates and additional qualifications etc.) System maintenance (including master data maintenance, collection of variable data, maintenance and analysis of the legally required training, digitization of training and further training data etc.) Support in on-boarding and off-boarding (re-entry of all professional groups – incll. Interns– preparing, processing of exits) Administrative support for projects in the context of personal processes

Multiannual professional experience in office management in a collective enterprise is advantageous Knowledge of the tariff law of TVöD, TVÄ/VKA and RTV and labour law are desirable You are working quickly into our P&I LOGA personal management system or have already experienced it at best very good knowledge and safe handling of current MS Office applications, especially Excel careful, independent and reliable operation, organisational skills high team and good communication skills, great commitment and joy in working with people
