Head of Sales (m/w/d) Reference number: 417524 Do you want to actively shape the distribution of a high-growth region, open up new markets and build long-term customer relationships? Then take a key role in our sales team for the region of Central Germany. Your duties Responsibility for the strategic and operational distribution of facility management services Own control of the entire distribution process – from identifying new business opportunities, offering creation to successful conclusion of the contract Acquisition of new customers and sustainable support and further development of existing customer relationships Development of individual service concepts in close cooperation with our departments Creation, costing and tracking of offers Preparation and implementation of contract and award negotiations Presentation of our service portfolio with customers, tenders and network events Analysis of relevant sales key figures as well as deriving appropriate sales measures Documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system Close cooperation with regional management and operational departments Your site is located in Leipzig – from here you will be responsible for the sales region of Central Germany with the federal states of Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia. Successfully completed commercial or technical training or an economic study Multiannual professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in facility management, technical services or a comparable service environment Embossed negotiation skills and safe occurrence at decision-making level High customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and final strength Structured, independent and targeted mode of operation Readiness to travel within the Central Germany sales region Class B driving licence
