You control cross-departmental projects and ensure transparent planning, implementation and success control. You continuously develop processes, methods and digital methods and support the development of new offers. Completed studies in the field of social management, business management, organisational development or a comparable discipline Funded knowledge in project management, ideally complemented by appropriate certification Experience in the social economy and knowledge in product and supply management of social organizations Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills High communication strength and joy in cooperation with different disciplines and hierarchical levels Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Safe feeling for processes, people and dynamics of change
