We, the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research, are one of 84 institutes and research institutes of the Max Planck Society (MPG) for the promotion of sciences. At present, we employ about 270 employees in science and administration, mainly at our location in Heidelberg. A further location of our institute in Heilbronn is currently being created. Our institute is looking for a Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Support in the preparation/continuation of risk assessments and in the department of appropriate protection measures for all areas of the Institute Regular organisation & implementation of ASA meetings Safety-relevant advice and support for construction coordination in rebuilding and new construction measures Participation in the creation and updating of new operating instructions Support in the analysis of existing and rebuilding work systems Training and instruction in accordance with statutory provisions (§ 12 Arbeitsschutzgesetz) Planning, implementation and follow-up of visits Documentation and administration of occupational safety Consultation and support of the Institute Management

Completed training as a specialist in safety and safety Safe handling of common office software (including Microsoft Office and Adobe) Very good knowledge of German (mother language or at least C2 level) and very good knowledge of English in word and writing (safe for negotiation) Self-employed and structured work, team skills, convincing communication and presentation skills and service-oriented basic setting Solution-oriented work, pleasure in documentation and evaluation, awareness of responsibility Engaged and open personality with a strong sense of responsibility, who likes to work in an international environment First experience with safety measures in biological/chemical laboratory areas desired Willingness to participate in continuing and continuing training Complete training for the fire safety officer or the willingness to participate in a corresponding training
