Interface between external services and customers – solution-oriented support in complaint cases Cooperation with the external service for processing customer complaints A fast, empathic and regulatory solution finding is ensured – with the aim of strengthening customer satisfaction and corporate reputation Order management in the ERP system – reliable, regulatory, termintreu Collection, testing and approval of customer orders in the ERP system (SAP SD), including special orders with special shipping requirements (e.g. dry ice, nitrogen) Compliance with medicinal products and internal requirements Advertising management with quality standards Responsible handling of delivery and product complaints, including credits, invoice corrections and return orders The aim is to ensure a fast, transparent and customer-oriented execution in compliance with statutory deadlines and internal SOPs Sales support & business support Support for business units in sales Supporting shopping communities, telephone support for the field service as well as active customer response with e.g. delivery bottlenecks (OOS) Ensuring regulatory requirements & auditability compliance with GDP, AMG, export control requirements and internal compliance guidelines Working with audits, creating SOPs and presentations on the transparent presentation of the processes in the customer service.

Embossed service and communication strength The ability to communicate friendly, clear and solution-oriented even in challenging situations – especially in the case of complaint and in cooperation with the field service. Experience in order and complaint processing Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP SD), ideally experience in pharmaceutical or sales-related customer support. Knowledge of the structured processing of complaints and credits is advantageous. Organisational skills and self-responsibility High self-employment, structured working and the ability to keep an overview even in the case of high work. A good understanding of cross-departmental processes and interfaces is also important.
