At the next time we are looking for a Value Stream Manager / Operations Manager (m/w/d) for a work in the Düsseldorf / Wuppertal / Solingen region. In this key role, you control not only the operational implementation, but also the entrepreneurial responsibility for revenue, profitability and cash flow of your area. You design the processes along the entire value chain – from production to installations and maintenance to assembly – and lead an interdisciplinary team that inspires, develops and leads to excellence in a common “One Team” mentality.

You take over the holistic management of a defined value-added area and bear the responsibility for production processes, technical installations and their team You secure the economic achievement of their area and actively control key figures such as turnover, earnings and liquidity You establish a transparent control over relevant performance indicators and consistently develop existing management structures You ensure a smooth day-to-day operation with a focus on work safety, quality, schedule and costs You lead, motivate and develop their employees in a targeted manner and strengthen cross-departmental cooperation You drive forward the strategic development of their area of responsibility and promote a learning and changeable organization in close coordination with other areas and locations

You have a completed technical study e.g. in mechanical engineering You bring well-founded leadership experience in manufacturing, ideally from the fields of machining, logistics, maintenance and assembly, and understand the interaction of the entire value chain You have experience in the application of TPM methods and lean approaches, as well as implementing security, quality and productivity measures You bring international experience from corporate structures and move safely into matrix-organized structures You always keep an eye on the whole, understand strategic relationships and implement a fresh, dynamic and proactive approach to promote an open and learning organization. You have very good communication skills as well as reliable knowledge of German and English
