Collection and processing of our shipping documents and invoices Customer stem and discount care Own implementation of monthly and annual invoices Telephone and written customer support Ensuring internal process and quality requirements Cross-sector cooperation with other departments Opportunity to optimize and shape work processes

You have completed commercial training and have a strong understanding of the numbers with Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and solution-oriented acting belong to your strengths As a communicative and open minded personality, you are happy to work in the team and contribute to a positive relationship Safe handling of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook) is of course for you. You are also familiar with ERP systems or willing to work quickly.
