Night Audit (m/f/d)

In this position you take the night shift with another colleague and are responsible for: Check In's and Check Out's

the implementation of the daily accounts and creation of the Daily Reports

the care of the guests before, during and after their stay

takeover of tours

the processing and transfer of guest wishes

You have a completed training in the hotel industry or well-founded experience in guest reception You know the usual computer programs and have worked with Opera at best Your warm and authentic personality not only convinces guests, but also colleagues You are service-oriented, love the hotel industry and host with joy and heart You have very good German and English skills
