Customer Advisor Field Service – Energy Industry & Telecommunications (temporary) (m/f/d)

Consulting of new and existing customers in the field service – both personally and by telephone. Active acquisition of new customers and recovery of former (lost) customers. Advice on all services of SWLB (electricity, gas, telecommunications, photovoltaics and e-mobility) and their successful distribution. Active support in the planning and execution of customer events, events and actions. Takeover of organisational and administrative backoffice activities.

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with professional experience in the energy industry. Extensive technical understanding of energy and telecommunications issues. Experience in sales, especially in direct sales, as well as a high demand for quality, customer orientation and service. Ready to support special events – even on weekends and holidays. Friendly, empathic and communicative appearance coupled with reliability, initiative and flexibility. High motivation as well as a pronounced readiness to perform.
