Identification and accompaniment of research, innovation and foundation projects with transfer potential as well as further development of scouting processes and instruments Conception, organisation and implementation of ideas competitions, workshops, consultancy and awareness-raising formats and measures to promote innovation, transfer and foundation Advice and support for students, doctoral researchers and researchers on innovation, transfer and foundation opportunities, including appropriate funding and networking opportunities Construction and maintenance of consulting, networking and support structures as well as documentation, evaluation and follow-up of activities and projects Participation in evaluation and reporting including development of key figures, optimisation of processes and preparation of reports, presentations and application documents

Required: A successfully completed Bachelor degree in Economics, e.g. Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Business Informatics or another subject relevant to the activity Multiannual (at least two years) relevant professional experience Embossed organizational, communication and team skills as well as reliable working Self-responsible and result-oriented operation, communication joy and safe and binding occurrence Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Remarkable: Professional experience in public service and/or higher education Practical experience in project management / project coordination, innovation management, foundation funding, knowledge and technology transfer, event and workshop management, network and stakeholders management, university and science management
