Your duties Structure, support and further development of multimedia and conference technology (e.g. displays, beamers, audio, streaming setups) in the NEWLAND CAMPUS
Technical preparation and accompaniment of workshops, events and customer appointments (construction, short technical check, support in case of malfunctions)
Ensuring that our rooms are technically ready for use: connections, cables, adapters, lighting, basic settings
Coordination of external service providers in the field of facility, home technology and IT (e.g., coordination of maintenance appointments, transmission of feedback, tracking)
Regular tours in the building to detect technical vulnerabilities and minor deficiencies and to initiate a remedy
Maintenance of simple documentation and checklists for technical setups and standard processes so that the team can work smoothly
Editing of the no-code tasks within our own booking platform (e.g. maintenance of space profiles, adaptation of workflows, smaller configurations during operation)
Support in building campus operation before the official opening (testing processes, commemorating the design of technical standards)
