Service hotline employee (m/f/d)

You take the telephone service of our customers, specialist dealers and our sales team. You are responsible for e-mail correspondence with our customers, retailers, wholesalers and our sales team. You will first, check and process repair orders as well as cost suggestions. You trade closely with our service technicians.

You have a successfully completed vocational training and experience in customer service by phone You have already gained experience in customer service Telephoneing is fun and you like to go to people You are fit on the PC and in common office programs You have experience in the field of telephone complaint processing and are an empathic listener The telephone customer contact will give you pleasure and you will go through your positive way to the needs of our customers You have a basic technical understanding.
