Direct impact in data-driven customer projects: You work on demanding consulting projects focusing on pay equity analyses and helping organizations to make pay gaps transparent, quantify and derive effective measures. You support data processing, analysis, interpretation and discussion of results Deep insights into HR data and statistical analyses: With the help of our digital tools as well as statistical software (for example R) and the use of AI, you conduct descriptive and inference-statistic analyses, regression models, driver analyses and simulations Advice close to the customer: You are helping to translate analytical results into understandable, decision-relevant insights and to develop concrete action options together with customers. Innovation and further development: As a subject matter expert, you contribute to the further development of our data-driven consulting approaches, methods and tools and actively (further) shape our portfolio in the area of pay equity and data-based compensation consulting People & Team: You work closely with experienced colleagues: women from consulting, analytics and product development and have the opportunity to professionally accompany our interns: women or work students

A completed master's degree in economics, economics, psychology, social sciences or a comparable analytically shaped degree course First practical experience in data-driven projects, ideally in HR, Compensation or People Analytics Significant interest in Pay Equity, Compensation and statistical analyses Good statistical knowledge and safe handling of statistical methods, such as regression analyses, driver analyses, simulations or comparable methods A structured, independent and result-oriented operation with high detail accuracy The ability to make analytical results clear and to communicate addressably Joy of project-oriented cooperation in the team and in the direct customer context Ideally experience with generic AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini) We require German knowledge of native language and fluent English skills for our project work
