BWI's Demand & Retrieval Management is located in Account Operations (AO). It assists the client in the planning, coordination and control of requirements in the request management process, initiates and manages commissioned request advice and retrievals from the client and contributes to the qualification of requirements up to their decision-making maturity. It thus forms the central interface for order management at the client in the request management process up to the request for tender.

Retrieval Management Support

Responsible for the policy-compliant coordination and control of the retrieval business from receipt to conclusion

Reporting and presentation of medium outflow and optimization of existing retrieval processes

Central interface for customer order management

Transparent and trusted cooperation with senior management levels and account manager

Support for compliance and reporting capability and participation in working groups

Organisation and implementation of tasks-relevant workshops and participation in customer events

5-year professional experience as a specialist, technician or master (with additional qualification) or 2-year professional experience after graduation Professional experience in project management desirable Very good knowledge of the organization and the processes required by the Bundeswehr / BAAINBw / BMVg as well as knowledge and experience in the IT field High communication, enforcement and team skills, strong quality and result orientation as well as safe handling of customers Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
